That module is there originally on a profile. If it's not there now you must have removed it at some point. You can put another tribes module in easily enough, and some people even like to have two or more, and separate their tribes in some way into the different modules for tribes.

From your profile page click on the "add modules" tab. From there you'll see all the kinds of modules you can add. In the bottom left area is the tribes module. Click on that, and if necessary configure your tribe's module to show which tribes (or all of them) that you want to show up there.
